No problem, just make some banana nut bread. It will be great when the ice storm hits the north this weekend; sitting by the fire all warm and toasty while drinking a nice hot beverage and snacking on banana nut bread.
This thread went in the right direction at least. Thank God nobody mentioned that they make little blue pills for "mushy banana" problems.
Eat the bread until the pill kicks in! I uh think is what one might do if they were ever in that situation.
