Here we are one week into the new year. How's everyone's resolutions going so far? I've lost 1lb. (don't worry, I'm sure I'll find it!) and trying to do daily strength/flexibility torture.
This was my resolution last year. Worked very well to get me to today. Think I will just keep doing what I do.
Does the daily strength/flexibility torture include pulling the door at the bakery open ????....................... I have been riding my indoor bike 6 miles a day, every day, and it has made a LARGE difference for me. As well, I have been watching my food intake since November, I'm down about 20+ pounds and feeling a whole lot better.
Well I was going to watch my weight, I watched it last year but I only saw it increase I got sick as a dog for first week of year and lost 10 pounds cause I didn’t eat anything... SOooo. Far so good

This is awesome and kudos to you rottiman. Embarrassed by my resolution it as involves , my wife and kids urged that I be more respectful of others around me and perhaps move to another room to . They also accused me of using this same resolution last year but I indicated I can't seem to remember what my resolution was last year .
I generally make my own bubbles in the bath..................... reverse depth charges trying to sink the rubber ducky..............
I’m hoping to gain 10 lbs this year! I’m sick and tired of not meeting my coals so I just changed them this year! Are triple chins in now?
I have never once made a resolution. Now that the holidays are past us....well almost, I have one last late dinner tomorrow night. I need to start eating better again. I went off the rails with work stress, but had lost 20lbs last year. I need to continue that
I have not conquered or succeeded but still mindful of my posture. After my last back thing I am now sitting up more often and stretching the hip and psoas more often. Not given up. Going to take a lot to correct.
