    I finally uncovered the chipper today, it's in the high 80's here so I only chipped for about 30 minutes.

    This batch will be used for leveling off an area I'll be stacking in.

    It's a 10 HP, I think it will do 2.5 - 3 inch limbs, the smaller hardwood is nice going through it, the bigger pine goes through the best.

    We have so much down from the ice storm, I'll be hauling some away to the wood dump.

    I have a similar dr and it is really handy to have! Anything too big to go through it is firewood anyway. When it stops self feeding it is time to sharpen the blades.

    Wherever it is you live, I'm glad I'm not there. 80s... YUK!

    I was out hiking today in the mtns, only around 3500ft and it was almost snowing. Was in the mid 30s.

    After the winter we had, I'll take this heat. The nights are dropping down to 49-50.
