It is actually funny reading some of the headlines of the news (that is, on the Internet). Like the person who was shot in the bar. Makes one wonder where a bar is located on a body.

No matter, its been a busy day so far. After a quick trip to bakery and gas station, headed out to cottage and evicted a bunch of snowflakes that were just lying around....a burden to society! Got the driveway and path all clear without busting a shear pin!

On the way home from there, my phone rings and a tractor owner has trouble getting his tractor started. Ended up getting a new positive battery terminal lug and all good to go on that. $9 repair for parts and a tool; tell me he's not happy!

The rest of the day just may involve some relaxing!

    I haven't done this yet, but ……………………….. :smoke:^^^^^^^^^

Well after a week of basically just staying in bed and doing nothing. Running a fever etc. my wife decided that I needed to go to the doctors. And I decided I felt bad enough I wasn’t gonna argue with her. Turns out not only do I have pneumonia in both lungs also have the flu. Well that explains why I can’t breathe and just walking to the car to drive my Lil girl to school bus 5 miles round trip requires a nap:rolleyes:

Wow Lyle... time to stop... and give your body a break for a while. Double pneumonia is serious stuff. Good luck... hope the meds do their thing quickly... :salute:

That's not a good combination. My wife had the flu and pneumonia together last year, and she was down for the count for a LONG time. It was several months before she was back to normal.

Get well soon. Take it real easy. You're the second person since yesterday I’ve heard with double pneumonia. Take good care.

I need to do those things, minus the brakes on my wifes car. Lack of a garage, and a snow covered driveway are the deciding factor against it for now though.

But I will have to suck it up and climb under the bronco real soon and replace the tranny pan before it let's go completely.

Rent a storage unit for a month. I’ve done that before it’s small but doable.
