    I think those prices may rival what Woodshax gets on a per cord basis for his bundles. But his bundles are good quality dry wood available 24 hours a day.

    My thoughts are biased toward the market we have here.
    I can get a whole 20 cord log load for a couple grand or so. Oak, to boot.
    Buying bundles of a few (maybe 6 splits) splits at the gas station or grocery are about $250/ 1/3 cord.

    Comparatively, in that area, that price might be totally in line with other fuels. Considering the OP though, I'm thinking....not.

    That would depend but most likely the most green or gullible of firewood buyer will accept it willingly even it was cut hardly an hour before delivery...
    The stupid part would be who BUYS this bovine sourced excretion.

    HHO for the Manchester,NH area are running anywhere from $2.55 - $2.80/gal based on listings from Oil Prices

    If a cord is $1000 ( hey he discounted 1/8 cord to 1/4 cord, plus my calculator would only go up to $999 /cord)
    that would be a $6.50 equivalent for HHO.
    $250 for a 1/8 cord seems like a rather desperate hope for getting lucky with a romantic fire on a Friday night.

    But if he's finding buyers with fat wallets in this "ravaged" economy - good for him.
    Just hope few are broke desperate to stay warm spending the only pesos they've got.
