    Yeah it was kinda a smart a comment. I have spent a few summer evening cruising along the river watching them. Spectacular as you said one of my favorite parts of the waterway.

    Last day off tomorrow. Blowing in some insulation at my house in the AM and then installing a new garage door opener at my parent's house in the afternoon.

    Used my bandsaw the other day and wasn't real happy with it....vibrated a lot and the brand new blade was wandering everywhere. Tonight's project is to order new parts for a partial rebuild. It is a 1947 model, so not sure when the last time it was refreshed, if ever. Still in great shape, just needs some wear parts replaced. New link drive belt, thrust bearings, tires, guide blocks, and tension spring. Going to de-rust all the adjustment assemblies while I have it apart too. The wheel bearings are still butter smooth so I'm leaving them be.
