My biggest concern with the TA was that my truck is only a V6 Nissan Frontier. Although it’s rated to tow about 6,700 lbs, it’s still a pretty small truck. The 5x10’s and 6x10’s seemed to be in the 1800-2000# range empty. I think you guys are right. I can load a 6x10 less full, but I can’t stretch out a 5x8. The weight difference is around 300-400#

My vote is to kerp your CAM 5x10 utility trailer. CAM makes a great trailer as you know. Sell the other two. Then go buy yourself a new 2-axle dumper. I love spending other people's money.

And on that note, you should probably upgrade your truck to a diesel 3/4 or 1 ton, since it's not my money. :D

The CAM has been great. Got it in NH about 150 miles away. The guy used it to haul his JD 318 which had weighted tires and a front loader. Had to have weighed at least 1500 lbs. I’ve used it to fetch the Supertilt, a 8’ snowplow, 7’ land pride rake, numerous furniture runs, bring gts to get repairs I can’t do, firewood, scrap metal, etc, etc.

sometimes even the 6x10 seems too short. I wanted compact but wish I had gone with the 12 footer now.
Soooo, how long before you think your ready for a new truck? LOL

I picked up a CAM 6x12 single 3,500# axle rated around 2000# payload a few years ago and it has been excellent. It's really well thought out and manufactured. However, I soon found out that I had all sorts of stuff that weighed more than it could handle, e.g. my tractor (>5,000#), green logs/lumber (weight adds up very quickly), hay bales (also adds up quickly). Since I have a RAM 1500 rated ~8,000 towing, I recently purchased a 10K CAM Warrior 6.5' x 16' equipment trailer. It's just right for hauling my tractor. I'll be using very soon for transporting some white oak logs (16-24" diam. x 8-12' long) to the mill. I could never have done that with my single axle. So, what I'm getting at is try to get the maximum payload that your truck and wallet can handle or you will inevitably regret it. Green firewood is HEAVY. Here's my new trailer with my friends' 20191026_113400.jpg BX TLB.

We have a Big Tex 7x12 dump trailer. I can haul the 3130 Kubota with FEL and counterweight. Here is a link to their site....Big Tex Trailers Dump Trailers

The truck is a 2019 purchased in Oct of 18’, so no new truck for a long time.

Just a friendly reminder. When you dump material put your truck in four wheel drive. Sometimes the transmission in park and rear parking brake just isn’t enough. 4x4 helps keep the truck in place.
