    23 here now, Ash & Hard Maple were lit off 45 minutes ago. A nice fire is underway to warm the house when everyone wakes up.

    30f heading to 38f today. Looks like the warm dry weather is on for a changing but still great for end of the year. Not looking forward when payback comes around. :shiver:

    Stayed mild all night. Hovering just around freezing and that is very unusual for us. Some of the roofs are starting to loose their snow.....

    Beautiful tree and fire! Can you buy wild boar at a market, or do you have to hunt it? I think here you can hunt them anytime.

    46 outside and heading for near 60 and low of 46 tonight. Had a small fire overnight but none today. Plenty of leftovers and sweets to be had.

    Burning pine this morning. We were gone most of the day yesterday and didn't bother with a fire until this morning.
    Stove room got a little chilly. Takes a little while to recover from 56ºF.

    Got to 61F here today with sun. We cut in tee shirts this afternoon. Never in December have I had to worry about sun burn lol. 51 now & Pine in the boiler. Back to finish an Elm cutting job tomorrow.

    High yesterday got up to 31f. Right now, it's 26.

    30 here and freezing rain, just lit a fire with Ash.
    No temps like that here, we still have several inches of snow. Warm yes, only 30' & 40's

    Weather has been warm warm warm for the past week (50's) and warm warm for the next 3 or 4 days, ugh I've barely have had a fire going, even let it die out a few times over the past few days. Disappointed to say the least, this time of year around Xmas I am expecting & wanting cooler weather. On plus side I guess I'll have more wood......
