So I have a neighbor kid that is all about saws and cutting. They have a owb and 95 acres to supply it with. He’s been after his 1st saw as he uses his dads now. He’s stopping by in a bit...says he got me something. I’m sending him home with this.
I call him a kid....23. Just graduated nursing school last year and works in the cardio unit. He is one of the good ones....a contributor!!
He will be pumped, hes gonna get in trouble for being out cutting wood Christmas morning. You are a good man!!! Thats what the holidays are all about.
Well I’m pretty sure that made his Christmas. I told him he can now start his collection. Can’t wait to watch him catch CAD!!
Awesome gift! Im sure he'll love that. I remember my late uncle (he was like the grandfather i never had) giving me my first real saw in 1985. A Stihl 028 super. I was 17 at the time. Thanks Uncle John! Next month it will be 25 years since he passed. Great post Ron T , brought back some pleasant memories!
Ron T that is very generous of you and for sure you will make one young man feel like a king! I know what it is to be gifted a chain saw as there was a terrific group of hoarders that got together to have a party (GTG). We always give door prizes and the last one turned out to be only one name for the drawing. I was just about completely speechless and am still amazed. Every time I start that saw I think about that day, the gift and the brothers and sisters that make it all happen. I'm sure it will be the same for that young man.
