7yrs now w/out my family. We make the best of it...what we can. We put some lights up in the living room....we didn't do a tree. I put some lights up in the back yard. I like them there so we can see them. Rather than buy gifts, we gave to Salvation Army. We did what has become a new Christmas tradition....drove around and looked at lights on other houses. It was fun. It was good to see that some people still go all out. I like the people that put the tree in the picture window. Reminds me of the trees we had as a kid. I can just imagine the memories that will be made around those trees. If you are w/your family and friends, soak in every second. Burn it into your brain. Merry Christmas! It's the reason for the season.

I will share my tree with you and let you know that I am thinking of you this Christmas Eve. Since I started burning with wood and the tree has to be in the lounge where the stove is located I have had to switch to an artificial tree. Merry Christmas.
