    Son and girlfriend showing up tomorrow for early Christmas and a meal.

    Prime rib.

    Shrimp.

    Home made raviolis with red sauce and fresh Italian bread.

    Vegetable pizza with a cream cheese sauce (very good).

    Of course, all the garnishes/treats.

    Then on 25th, off to meet the rest of the family for another day long celebration with gifts, games and eats!

    Well, the 6 lb prime rib would have to be cut pretty thin depending on just how many show up! :handshake:

    Yes....probably a few more prime ribs? Its OK, I'm good for it. Don't forget to bring your tractor as we'll need to move snow for the parking!

    This will be the second? year that we will be staying home ourselves on Christmas. We do the Italiano Christmas hot together with the inlaws on Xmas eve, and will get together with my family sometime after the holidays.

    Well, it's all over now. Left overs put away and every thing cleaned up. Extra leaf for the table back in the closet and company on their way to the next stop.

    Just relaxing,catching up on FHC and waiting for my blood pressure to level off and hopefully decline!
