    Oregon rates as the worst state to retire in. Its also the worst state for millionaires (3rd highest state for taxes).

    So I guess if you are younger and broke, this is the place. I live way out in the boonies in the North Oregon Cascades west of Mt Hood (about as specific as I can get).
