You won't see this data on the US and Canadian evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun control laws adversely affect only the law abiding citizens.

With guns, we are 'citizens'; without them, we are 'subjects'.

During WW II, the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

Gun owners in the USA are the largest armed forces in the World!

If you value your freedom, please spread this anti-gun control message to all of your friends.

The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense. The sword is more important than the shield and skill is more important than either.

SWITZERLAND-ISSUES A GUN TO EVERY HOUSEHOLD!

SWITZERLAND 'S GOVERNMENT ISSUES AND TRAINS EVERY ADULT IN THE USE OF A RIFLE.

SWITZERLAND -HAS THE LOWEST GUN RELATED CRIME RATE OF ANY CIVILIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!!!

IT'S A NO BRAINER! DON'T LET OUR GOVERNMENTS WASTE MILLIONS OF OUR TAX DOLLARS IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE ALL law abiding CITIZENS AN EASY TARGET.

I'm a firm believer in the 2nd Amendment!

If you are too, please forward this. If you're not a believer, please reconsider based on these true facts.

This is history; not what's being shown on TV, sanctioned by our illustrious delusional liberals in Washington and Ottawa

    One more to add to your list;

When the people of a country are armed and responsible for the maintenance of their own liberty, yes, there will be occasional atrocities but when they are disarmed, history has borne out time and again, sooner or later there will be genocide.

Dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery, this is the nature of a constitutional republic.

We don't train our kids how to use guns anymore. Media is teaching them guns are bad.
Democracy like liberty is a participation sport.

Don't take this wrong please, it is a commonly misunderstood thing, courtesy of the public fool system & the magic propaganda box in everyone's living rooms, coupled with multi generational deceit. But the only thing about this nation that is a Democracy, is the contrivance of public enemy number one, The BAR Association and the Washington, District of Criminals. The union of the several states was founded as and has always been, a republic, not a democracy. The difference being monumental.

A democracy is what allows 51% of the people to strip the unalienable, inherent rights from the other 49% and pretend they have the rights to take their guns. In a republic, that can never happen. Any time you hear the word democracy come out of a politicians mouth, it's a sure sign he/she's a treasonous criminal.

Democracy = 2 wolves and a sheep arguing over what's for dinner.
We are a Republic, a constitutional Republic. There is a difference. Yuge.

a republic allows a country to be democratic, it still only works if the people participate.
Ppl must vote for their representative.
Yet a lot of our rights are being eroded by the few. Did you know the police can enter your house without a warrant if they believe someones life is in danger?
that goes against our fundamental inalienable right to be free from such tyranny. All it takes is a bogus 911 call and your house will be turned upside down.
they call it the emergency aid exception. It's these little things they are using to take away our republic because the people don't want to participate.
They don't want to do their homework and instead listens and believes whatever the newsgirl with the sparkle in her eye tells them.

I often stay out of threads that steer this way, but this is such an important point. I would also like to add that this is one of the reasons the Electoral College was created, and probably the main reason it needs to be preserved. It gives all the states some say in the election. There is a reason the Presidential election was not designed as a popular vote. I believe those who push for it’s elimination don’t truly understand how it works and what protections it gives the individual states and those who live in them. I also believe that many who want it eliminated will be the first ones to want to put it back in place when the election results are not to their liking. Electoral College rant ended.

True, Sad stuff. Kiddo goes hunting with Dad and is participates complete with ear protection. That said though she knows about firearms and has been around them all her life but the word "gun" came up in casual conversation last week and she yelled "guns are bad", sad thing is hunting and target practice and skeet are all guns but she is used to different terms. Idk That and though she knows she cannot drink certain things around here and is fine with it, she was insisting for some of my husbands green Rolling Rock can last weekend and he was shushing her while on the phone with his ill mother (she thought it was 7up or Sprite) I called her over and said that is an adult drink. After more resistance I said it is alcohol and you may not have a drink of that until you are an adult. Same crazy "alcohol is bad". That said, she is an awesome kid and a good listener and seems to understand guns are not bad and we can protect ourselves and hunt with them, and that adults can enjoy a can of beer. And children cannot. Yeesh. Also I never went through school safety shooting drills like she did in her school, no wonder she repeats that and frankly glad she retains what she is taught. Just needs tweaked a bit.
