    Well that was disappointing.

    Paid for an emergency plumbing call and told the lady to have him bring out a whole new all in one pump (gave her the brand and HP so she could cross reference what fittings he might need). He showed up without a phone call as to when and if he was coming :confused: . He was in a bad mood, almost hostile demeanor, said he'd go by a retail store in the morning and hope they had a pump in stock though he doubted it. No pump, no fittings, no nothing. What kind of emergency call person does not have fittings and gaskets etc. in the truck? Totally dismissed our request for a commercial pump with auto safety shut off, he either hates his job, hates his life, hates himself or whatever, no thank you. $160 fee for an emergency call and he's here 10 minutes, spreads bad mood juju in my home and leaves with no answer? It wasn't even 5 pm yet. WWW called that place back and said we will not need him back in the morning and will pay for the trip charge and his 10 minutes he spent here, we'll see how that turns out...

    Found another company, this one has equipment on hand (we are upgrading to a Gould on demand pump with auto safety shut off) and they will be here tomorrow , hooray!! :banana: Tired of all the fooling around with the temperamental pumps that fit our fittings, this will be great! :dancer: Love you MasterCard <3

    They just had a story on the other night about a lad who is 93 and still running a christmas tree farm operation and has been for the last 46 years. The lad didn't look to be much more than 70............................Amazing.

    The plumbers are here!! Nice young men :) They brought 3 pumps :eek: depending on which one would fit our needs and also physically through the narrow bunker trap door. Woooo:dex:

    I've driven by that place! He parks his truck with the billboard by the highway when not in use. I had no idea he was that old, he and his wife are cuties!

    Kiddo's Christmas Concert was great:) My mother and her husband came up, first time for anything!! Too bad kiddo seemed a bit tired, but still great. Such cute kids in her school!
