38 for the high, now. Keeping 6 inch or so oak limb wood going in the stove. They burn just right for keeping the house warm while I'm outside.

1 F, real feel of -9, went out and got a few more of the problem pieces broke down. It definitely helps when it’s this cold.

    -4f feels like -18f.

And there's more where that came from!

16f now with a low of 15f tonight. Got, maybe, .5" snow yesterday morning. Amazing how messed up the roads and traffic can get with so little snow. Our work vans (2010 Transit Connect) are worthless on any snow or ice. Or dry roads most days.

Temps dropped quickly! Down to 15 already. That “should be” about as low as it gets. But maybe not. Beech and White Ash in the Wood Gun.

27* out 70* in. Supposed to get a few degrees colder before the sun comes up. Just loaded up with ash for the day. We've got a few coldish but sunny days expected over the next few.

27f and snowing. We got maybe 5-6 inches overnight. Alot more than I thought we’d get. Maybe I can get the driveway done before I go to work. Why can’t the snowfalls align with my work schedule

8 OAT this morning, and 68 IAT thanks to the furnace. After the first :coffee:, I'll crank up a fire.
We're heading up to 14 later.

Getting back to normal at 28 this morning, 78 inside. Rain and warmth the last 2 days pretty well wiped out the snow pack except a few patches here and there. The snow missed us this morning, going out to sea, and there’s rain in the forecast for Saturday after a brief cold snap. I’m not missing the white stuff one bit but I’m sure this won’t last.
Yesterday gave me a chance to clean the stove glass again
