Lots of pharmacies around here give them but I just stop into the doctors office every fall.

So....I got my garage closed in for the winter today, that was the good part....

Couldn't get into my house today, lock cylinder just wouldn't turn and key snapped off inside it. Very grateful to my neighbor for grinding it off for me after I got a new one....
to top it off, it dropped below freezing last night after rain and my grandparents' (steep) road was a sheet of ice. I never did like that feeling when I hit the brakes and the vehicle keeps moving....

all in all, life is good.

Topped off the wood stacks with some hickory. I have enough to last until about 2024.

Well, it's that time of year once again.

For the next three evenings, I will be dressed as santa for the folks in nursing homes. :santa:

Is it like in Tim Allen's Santa Claus movie? You just all of a sudden start growing a white beard and putting on weight?
No "Bad Santa's"! ;)

Yes, Badgers were selected to go to the Rose Bowl.

    It's still duck hunting season.

I got some pre cold snap outside work done this afternoon.

I cut a decent amount of too long ash splits down to proper length. I hauled those and the shorts up to the patio with the GT17 after cutting them.

I also took up some locust uglies with the ash to the patio and inside.

I had a couple of looky-loo's while sawing. For edge of the burbs deer they know to come to the chainsaws. 20191208_160631.jpg

A better pic. Small buck, and a doe out of the picture.

Here's the pile of fir rounds and the ash I scrounged that I halved/quartered with the maul buZZsaw BRAD style.

Ok, a little better pic of the buck. I thought I saw more than 4 pts. There's 2 brow tines making it a 6pt. Pretty good genes for a deer only on its first year of horns. Pretty sure this was one of the fawn triplets we had in our yard a lot last fall through spring. One of those was a male. Screenshot_20191208-213139~2.png

First time splitting Ash. Split a little easier than walnut. This was a branch that came off in a spring storm and shook loose enough to get to in the last big storm.

I think she had what you may call "over active glands...?"

Before the staff grabbed her, she told me that her breasts were burning for me!! :jaw:

I told her that they were just hanging in her bowl of oatmeal!
