If you think I'm going to make some type of pee comment, then urine trouble!

My gift to you - what else is Thanksgiving for but to think of others and their needs (even if they are to make inappropiate comments and/or make fun of a poor little old lady :D)

WWW keeps couch toss pillows for protection, places them automatically without thinking about it now. Old cat was 18lbs, then wiggly and sometimes clumsy toddler years and now old demanding dogs, "nut protectors" stragically set by recliner and couch.........

One of my trips out the back door to take care of snow removal and Spot jumped out in front of me. Spot and her sister are not allowed outside even in the fenced in area (they are escape artists). But, I didn't worry because I figured she would stop as soon as she stepped in snow that was on the ramp. She didn't even seem to notice it and scampered about half way down the ramp before she responded to my call and stopped (at least she did stop). Oy, the birds at the feeder call to her strongly

Got a dog after we lost ours to old age this summer. Her name is Pokey Marie. She is a husky, she is the Michael Jordan of getting her lead rope woven in anything in the vicinity. I left her unattended for 2 minutes and this is what happened. 1102191617a.jpg
Another pic of her with our wood stash in the background. IMG_4639.jpg

Yeah, his name was Ruckus and he was mistaken as a female fairly often. He had what can only be described as fabulous hair. The hair on his feet curled up and looked like Grinch toes from the Grinch that stole Christmas. He will be missed, the new dog is pretty decent, she is definitely growing on us.

Sorry for your loss of Ruckus, he certainly was beautiful. I hope Pokey helps fill the void in your heart. She is a beauty - and yeah, huskies are masters of winding around everything with their rope/cable - makes you give them more attention because you have to untangle them so often.
