Happy Thanksgiving to all! I have much to be thankful for, but more importantly, I must remember to be thankful each day.
Im grateful for health, family, friends, FHC, chainsaws, cordwood and nature. Have a great day friends!!!!
Amen ive learned so much from being on here and the great people on here. Alot of salt of the earth type folks.
I'm heading down 11 or so steps , but that also means I have to prep, clean, make and cleanup afterwards
We are traveling from room to room in our house. The wife's parents, on the other hand, have traveled about 750 miles to get here, they're 80 and 81. That's a long drive for a young person. We're thankful they can still make the trip.
Happy turkey day! 4 of 6hrs in @ 225 then 1/2 @ 425. 1/2 rest. Quick hit with torch. I like fall off the bone moist. No big about presentation until plating.
I've got two 15 pounders in the oven. Covered with bacon this year. I might baste them with maple syrup later.
