    We are traveling from room to room in our house. The wife's parents, on the other hand, have traveled about 750 miles to get here, they're 80 and 81. That's a long drive for a young person. We're thankful they can still make the trip.

    Happy turkey day! 4 of 6hrs in @ 225 then 1/2 @ 425. 1/2 rest. Quick hit with torch. I like fall off the bone moist. No big about presentation until plating.

    I've got two 15 pounders in the oven. Covered with bacon this year. I might baste them with maple syrup later.
