This is aimed specifically at those that are willfully and knowingly enslaving youth with a lifetime addiction(s). Personally I think vaping makes you look like a stupid ignorant azz, but I'm not trying to justify a filthy disgusting habit either.
I don't want to be argumentative Bill but this bill is definitively not "aimed specifically at those that are willfully and knowingly enslaving youth with a lifetime addiction(s)." It is aimed at absolutely anybody out on the road that a public servant, whose career & payscale depends on the number of busts he makes, sees crossing his path and wants to seize their personal property absent any and all due process of law. It's about public servants and career politicians creating another criminal tool in their revenue extortion mill to sweep aside constitutional restrictions on government and seize somebody's car because a cop said "I think I smell Snozeberries, step out of the vehicle". Even worse, no part of this is about preventing kids from getting addicted to what I agree is criminal garbage, it's totally fine for them to have it so long as it has the tax stamp from a government approved, licensed distributor on it. Just imagine somebody taking your, your son's/daughters, grandkids $30,000.- car/truck & selling for the state coffers, because some cop said he found a bottle of something that didn't have the approved tax stamp on it. It's not the governments responsibility to protect me, from me. It's also not my problem if somebody else needs a "double lung transplant" because they were stupid. Neither is it anybody else's responsibility to determine what I "need" or not. I could say it's not politics, it's life, something we're all subjected to daily and something we shouldn't willfully avoid discussing, in a civil manner. But I'm not going to say that, cause now I have to go make pancakes, for lunch. Thanks.
I'm so glad I escaped the peoples republic of Massachusetts. I may only be a half mile from the border, but the air smells like freedom up here.
