Supposed to start tomorrow evening (later) for the snow but the wind was picking up already a couple hours ago. It'll be interesting to follow.

What a day at work today. Just before the students were going to leave for the day, we had a community wide lockdown. keeping contained 300 students who really want to leave at the end of the day wasn't fun but even more so was the panicking parents who don't read their emails correctly. I am glad to be home finally.

Oh Boy, what a handful. When did the school finally release? And is everybody specifically you okay?

On another note, kiddo's school is officially cancelled tomorrow (entire district). Good, I was hesitant to send her! We barely got her home a couple times in the past. Power has been flickering tonight but still on, gas tanks for genny and other full.

We finally sent home the last student about two hours after the lockdown started. The safest place in the community was in the school so I was alright. The situation in the community ended about two hours after the students left.

I occasionally get pain in the lower left part of my back, nothing like you are likely dealing with though. I can stretch and hear and feel a small click, and the pain goes away. Hopefully you had the same relief!

Below freezing this morning. First for the season. Grass is all sparkly and the dogs tiptoed through it to do their business this morning. I think they are back under the covers now. I think we are in for a few days of sunshine until the weekend.

After the ride we had to partake in some of the local brew!

They had a dark ale called the block splitter at 9% alcohol, how could I resist.

If you are referring to our community lockdown, it wasn't scheduled. It was an accident gone bad with someone loose in the community who was hurting.

Looks and sounds like you had a grand time! Just think, you are heading toward more warmer weather while we are the opposite.

Morning :) It is better, still sore and stiff but less pain, so babying it :)

Kiddo dug a path out so the dogs could get out to the yard and momma kitty stray cat could get to and from her box (winch case) and also tunneled out under the drift in the picture for a hideout for the cat:rofl:  . WWW is plowing on the quad. I'm taking it easy and catching up on politics on my computer, I don't get the channels I used to watch but I did learn how to call up am radio talk show stations on the firestick!

The 45mph wind has not happened yes thankfully.
