A messy way to peel apples but quick. I need a quick way to pit cherries.

WOW! That's wicked fast. Might have to give that a try when applesauce season comes around.

We don't peel our apples when we make sauce?? Just cook them down and run through a food mill to get the seeds and skins out.

We have one and it works pretty well. Not perfect...but we don't know how we lived without it.

years ago, I had one of those that you use in your hand. Couldn't use my thumb for quite awhile after that. And I was a lot younger then. I have been using the tip of a potato peeler but the juice is everywhere and my hands stay red for quite awhile afterwards.

My wife uses one of these for apples.

Not as fast as the drill but it cores and slices in addition to peeling.

I do cook some of the peels down with the apples but I like getting the seeds out before the cooking process
Just my personal preference. I want the seeds out before it hits the Folly. I do cook some, but not all of the peels.

Yep, that's what I use but mine has a clamp instead of a suction cup.
