    Real sorry I couldn't make it. With family up last week, took 4 days off of work, just wasn't happening. I work Saturdays, so had it been Sunday, would've made it.

    If you think the head cold/pressure might be sinus-driven try guaifenesin/musinex. It can dry out passages where infections grow. Once the passages dry out the infection goes away. (As long as it doesn't get into the lungs, but it can help with the congestion there too)

    I also need to give a shout out to NH mountain man and his lovely wife Barb. He did come up on Thursday, be we went out for a nice lunch instead. It was a washout that day and couldn't do anything up there, just to wet and chilly.

    The last time I was on Hogback was about 5-6 years ago. There was some early season snowfall, and I was in a service van with junk tires that were due to be replaced soon after that trip. What a fun ride that was.

    The windshield hit sucks Dave, but that both of you are OK is ALL that matters. Something that big could have come right through, and it could have been real bad. The big guy upstairs was smiling upon you.

    We had a great time getting together and hanging out, I can always get wood. But lunch with you & Chrissy is always a real treat! I just wish I could have helped you clear some land, they'll be another time my friend.:salute:

    Just awesome pictures, thanks Midwinter and WeldrDave for sharing them. Its so great to see that property starting to take some shape. There is nothing like that little covered bridge, great picture of it!     Thats $#@%$! GF cracked the windshield on out Murano back in August. Accidently sprayed it with the hose while watering her flowers. It was in the hot sun. Luckily we have full glass coverage. They came out and replaced it in the driveway. She worked in the insurance industry for years so knows the ins and outs.
    It couldve been a lot worse. Scary and aggravating for sure!
