    Good morning everyone! Welcome to the grease pit! IMG_20191015_23954.jpg IMG_20191015_32388.jpg My neighbor has been pressure-washing the inside of his food truck again, with the discharge flowing into the street. I've reported it to the city via their Yourgov app, I'll give it a day or two, then complain some more if nothing happens. I'm getting pretty fed up.

    I mowed the lawn this morning. I bagged some of the grass clippings and leaves, until my compost pile was full.

    With a rain and wind storm Wednesday night, there'll sure to be a lot of leaf drop. Mowing today, will make leaf blowing easier.

    I might have one more mowing, before putting the lawn mower away. That mowing will be a full mulching.

    Then...the oak leaves (door mats) will drop.

    Praise the Lord, we are FINALLY GETTING RAIN. Started about 9 or so this morning, been a fair steady soaking rain all day.

    Good morning all! No new developments with the grease situation. We're getting a couple inches of rain tonight, I bet it'll be slippery when wet!
    I haven't been up to anything exciting. Just stripping the rotted bark off this black locust... IMG_20191016_4274.jpg And moving it to the back yard, next to my splitting area. IMG_20191016_13209.jpg
    I'll need the space in the front yard for more Winchester wood.
    I have to tighten up the yard and bring things inside today, before the strong winds and heavy rain. Should be a wild night!

    It's still drizzling this morning. Don't know how much we got yesterday, the rain guage on our weather station didn't register any...:headbang:...may have some leaves or something in it.
