I got the Ram and the Hoses from Princes Auto in Victoria ( a six hour drive one way). I only paid for Hose and Fitting; no charge for making the Hoses as they were training a new employee on the hose making machine. As they made the hoses up, the parts were entered into a computer program so when I got up to the till, the cashier only had to scan an itemized computer print out. When I got home, I was looking over the computer print out of the itemized bill and discovered that the Ram never made it onto the bill. So after some soul searching, I begrudgingly phoned and explained the mistake that had been made. Honesty at times is very hard!
Karma, and doing the right thing will come back to you times over. After 35 years of use I'd say you got your monies worth.
