    Good you are ok. Could've been a lot worse.

    For the record I've been pitched by a ladder once too. Knocked me out. I was ok though aside from sore.

    my friend wanted me to come over to his place a few months back and do some tree work and he mentioned something about a ladder and I instantly laughed and said NO.
    glad it wasn't worst for sure.

    Sore, but everything is functioning as designed.

    Update... I sent Sunday holding down the recliner for the most part. It rained all day, so no outside activity. My back probably hurt the most. Mainly upper back, no issues with movement. My leg was sore as well, but no problem putting weight on it.

    Today saw more activity. Work outside for a few hours. Got the ladder put away. Back feels much better. Shin still hurts pretty much, but no issues walking.

    So once again be careful out there, no one ever plans for an accident they just happened.
