Tomatoes grow well in a greenhouse. Use indeterminate kinds. Under cover, they seldom get late blight. You'll have tomatoes until you get a very hard freeze.

These green houses have another name, "hot houses" I've seen my solar space go up to over 100 F. There are very inexpensive automatic vents that are worth every cent. Lets say in April, you start planting, it is 30 F out, so you don't open the house up. You go to work. The sun comes out. after a few hours, it may still be very cold outside but the greenhouse will get very hot. You'll need to vent it. Unless you are home, it is nearly impossible to keep up with it. Those vents open and close on their own. Another good thing to add is a small fan to keep the air circulating. When it is warm and damp, and the air is still a disease call "dampening off" can wipe out your seedling in a day or so. But not likely to do it if the air is kept moving. Keep your tools clean. You can dip them in bleach, 1/4 cup to a gallon of water. That will help keep you from passing fungus and molds around. I've been at this for years and learned a lot of lessons the hard way. You are starting late in the season this year. By now, I have my door open 100% of the time. No real benefit from closing it at this time of the year.

I once lost several containers of seedlings from a hot sun and not venting the greenhouse. That heat will stress the plants and limit the production. Healthy seedling need to have rapid robust growth for good food production. Things like too cold or hot will stunt that. I used to keep 4 oil barrels painted black and full of water in my solar space. They gave heat back during the night. Another good thing is multiple milk containers painted black and filled with water.
As for the bleach. That solution is very weak but does the trick. Thing is that you have to make it up fresh as it evaporates. No need to rinse. Just dip and let drip dry.
I'll share another hint. If you get slugs or snails, spray them Ammonia, one part ammonia to 5 parts water. It has nitrogen and is harmless to most vegetation. If you have weeds or grass growing where you don't want, spray with vinegar in the morning of a sunny day. No too good for roots but frequent applications usually will do it. Thing here is, it isn't poison. I use all these methods. Many other available without using poisons. The ammonia evaporates quickly so if you see new slugs or snails or their eggs, you need to spray again. Keep the ammonia and bleach away from each other. Together they will make a very toxic gas.
