Good morning everyone! Yes I finished painting the pool. It has achieved maximum blueness. I may not have enough time to fill it before I leave for Ohio though, so maybe I'll wait until I get back.
Now I'm only going to do fun stuff for awhile. This morning I'm meeting Woodwhore at the land he is clearing, to pick up what he has put aside for me, may make a couple of trips depending on how much there is. Then this afternoon, my husband and I will drive out to Winchester, hopefully catch some pickle action and visit WeldrDave's property. Husband doesn't like pickles or working in the woods but will have to make the best of it, if he wants to hang with me!
    Have a great day everyone!

1 1/2" rain overnight. Just starting to see some sun now. Temp still in the 60's. Not supposed to warm up until Monday and Tuesday but then cool back down again. At least we are not predicted the hot that is predicted for a little ways south of us. I hear 90's for them Monday through Wednesday and they are well into the 80's now. I prefer the 60's.

Good morning everyone, great to be back! I had a busy weekend. I made a new friend, Chris aka Woodwhore... IMG_20190928_56962.jpg Finally got to the pickle festival... IMG_20190928_13619.jpg
    Mr. Pickle himself! IMG_20190930_9100.jpg
    Visited WeldrDave's land... IMG_20190928_57581.jpg
watched my grandson Sunday (his transformer Halloween costume, it was on and off all day)... IMG_20190930_23713.jpg
And after he left, we heard some live music (The Big Bad Voodoo Daddies). Sorry no pic.
The pool is filling up nicely, and I'll be able to get the cover on it before I go to Ohio. Also, the splitter is gone, and the canopy is folded up and put away. I'm seeing a path to winter preparation.
Today will be multiple small tasks torward that goal.
    Have a great day everyone!

We'd gladly send you some. We were dry but had lots of rain in the last couple of weeks. Rained all day yesterday.

I don't know how that can be. It must be depressing, day after day.

No as bad as constant rain, cold and dreary days. At least we can get outside and do things, drink plenty of water...more concerned about Wells going dry, trees dying...
    And the grass isn't growing...

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. Finishing up night shift, getting 3 days off. We're going to prep some wood and get 2 piles of rounds staged for both splitters. Going to have a split fest with some of our mission team from church tomorrow. Going to deliver a trailer load to a cancer patient. The guy that gave us all that wood this spring told us about her. We have to pay that blessing forward.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME
