Supposed to be in the 80's this coming Monday and only in the 60's by Wednesday. I feel a bad case of whiplash coming on:hair:

We have had 3 fires so far. One time the bugs were to bad outside for the kids and the second it was raining. 3rd was by the queens decree. Happy wife quiet life.

Well, we have had a few fires since I posted on this thread a couple of weeks ago (?) They tell us we are going to have snow this weekend, and we will be in the 20s next week.
    What happened??!! :bug:

Yep, saw flakes today. No accumulation because it was too warm, but a couple of miles away there was snow on the roofs. I read of 40 inches in Montana

The best part - a fire all day, a small one, but a fire all the same :coldfire:

Fired up the pellet stove to take the nip out. Had mid 20s overnight, lit stove at 7:44 this morning. First fire. Hoping to hold off the wood stove another week or so, we'll see!

Had our first fire of the season yesterday. It was raining all day and the high temp was 57. Wife had some laundry on the solar dryer so brought them in just as it started to sprinkle. Needed a fire to warm up the house and dry the laundry.

Supposed to be warmer today and it is. 61 now but forecast 78. I doubt it will get that high unless we get some sunshine. They've put a threat of more rain in for this afternoon so I doubt we'll get that warm.

The official weather site closest to me set a new record high for this day. I got up to 90 and we did have the AC on. Dewpoints in the 70's.

Supposed to get to 90 the next 3 days here. Next week though it’s supposed to drop to the 40s at night. That’s when the first fire will be I think.

Hit 84 with a dew point of 76 here this afternoon. Got A C blasting & really not enjoying it outside. Had my first fire up north this weekend to get the damp out of my son's cabin, that was nice. High Friday supposed to be upper 40's, so I may fire up the boiler.

Yesterday I finally got some shoulder wood and kindling from the wood shed and down to the house. Might have my first fire later this week.

Holy moly! Glad you kept that over there. We did get into the 70's in the afternoon. Supposed to hit 80 today then tomorrow 62 with falling temperatures. That sounds better.

It is downright amazing how different our weather can be and we are not that far apart. No doubt the sun came out sooner for you and that than it did here.

I envy your cooler temps. Well, more than envy...I"M PIZZED OFF! We will break high temp records each weekday this week....97, 97, 98, 97, 96. Dew points in mid 70s. I soak a dew rag in 5 mins - go 50 lined up, ready to go. LOL

The weather guys changed the official high temp for yesterday to 91. It was still 80 at midnight. Temps have been falling all day and it is now in the low 60's with scattered showers. I might be able to get some work done outside next week when the rain lets up and ground dries up.
