    Based on the error messages i was seeing, my guess is related to something called DNS.

    Every device on the Internet has an IP address. DNS is what associates site names to an IP address. If a site's DNS entry doesn't exist, browsers can't find it.

    Maybe, some ku d of paperwork snafu, perhaps?

    But, what do I know.

    I was assuming the server was down. Saw that a lot on shooting forums where the forum outgrows the servers capabilities.
