    It actually dried out pretty well despite the clouds. I dragged it out and draped it over the splitter, under the canopy, because we might get some rain overnight. IMG_20190910_11619.jpg

    Didn't get any wood split today...grrrr...my hunny had other plans, so I went with her. Went to the old site where our son's house was and watched them pull the 2 halves out, then went to new site and meet power company guy about setting pole.
    They are getting ready to set the blocks

    Good morning all. Hit 96 yesterday, shew, got off of the bus, had some paperwork to finish so by suppertime the oldest daughter and her family showed up for an impromptu supper and good times. Maybe go to town tonight, who knows. Want to make God laugh? Make long term plans!

    Good afternoon all. Hope everybody is having a good day. We are getting our new metal roof this weekend. Our friend is coming up tonight after Chaz gets off work. I need to talk to him about their food. We are going to feed them lunch both days and dinner Saturday night.

    We will. But the roof will look nice but it needs painting. I am hoping we can save up enough so we can do siding next year. A few years back, somebody told me it could run 9/10,000. So we will see.
