Yutrax trailer mod

    I’ve posted quite a few pics of the Yutrax trailer loaded with firewood. I really like the trailer but the one issue be had is small diameter stuff falls out of the side rails.
    I asked my neighbor, who runs a mobile welding business to add some vertical strips to the side rails. Hopefully this will help keep the wood in. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    I like those but am apprehensive. I use our lawn cart and garden tractor for this and wondered how the double axle does with tight turns?

    Skid Loader. That was a good size Sugar Maple we took down last fall. I seem to get a lot of those monster trees. Lots of splits per round, but they're a pita to handle when they get north of 3'.

    Good idea!
    I never have to be concerned about the middle third, but the ends I have to think about.
    Once in a while I’ll just use a piece of laural and that works to.
