I was moving some ash splits yesterday from this stack and bumped into it. A log slid out few inches. I pulled it out and nothing. I ended up making this hole before it let go a few seconds after i snapped this. What do i win?
You win restacking duty. Around here lately, a fella can measure how much work he's done in pints of sweat lost. T. Jeff Veal will say us northern boys are soft in the heat, and he'd be right. I'll keep going, just slower and with a gallon of water following me. More frequent breaks for the equipment, too. Give me a clear 25 degrees over muggy and 90 any day, but alas the show must go on. Mama's due in mid october, so no fall firewooding for me.
