Gang, remember this tid bit of info, "Every state" has their own Veterans link for state and local benefits, not everything is Federal. You may miss out on things you didn't know existed. Such as my home state being New Jersey has a link if I type in New Jersey "state" Veterans guide, It will bring me to more things to go through and possible things entitled. Use the vebage such as "guide or link" and include your state name. There are more and more coming on line ever month. I recieved this info from my DAV buddy so use it and it's out there! Also, don't forget many local municipalities offer a tax break on your property taxes and if your 100% disabled you are tax exempt from property taxes!
