Finishing up my third winter with the KS, couldn't be happier. I am 100% wood heat and need a reliable, practical stove. Beautiful fire show and long/low burn capability of a cat stove. Second to none customer service. Parts are dirt cheap if ever needed. Absolutely, instantaneous controllability. Ash pan system works perfectly, zero ash dust in the house. Glass stays very clean so you can enjoy the awesome fire show. Soft steady soapstone/cat heat. Efficient. Maintenance is quick and easy. It fits my needs perfectly. I also work 24 hour shifts and the wife easily keeps the house nice and comfortable with no complains.
