Woodsmoke Flavor Chart

A very comprehensive flavor chart for a large variety of woods and what meats they compliment! I have this printed up and keep it with my pellet smoker paraphernalia. A great resource for experimentation! Hope y'all find it interesting.

Thanks for doing that! I kept getting a security alert when I uploaded my files. Don't know what the heck was going on. Besides, mine had coffee stains and notes all over it!

Thats a great guide thanks for sharing! There are some unusual ones on there which is kinda cool.

 

I wasn't expecting the corncob or the herbs. I have tried grapevine... I don't recommend unless you know how to add for smoke flavor in the right combinations. It was really bitter with some chicken.
