Wood fired oven - thin crust pizzas

    It hit about 48 degrees today, a nice crisp evening to fire up the oven. White cedar and oak. I threw some small black locust and it really got rolling flames out the door.

    We are about to have pizza cooked in an electric oven. Yours look awesome and probably tasted great. Love the pictures of the fire in the oven.

    Just about an hour. I usually start the oven and make the sauce and dough at the same time. The timing works great.

    No, but I do have a modified Weber grill that I started cooking pizza in that can travel. :drool:
