So I’ll be getting my new Wolfe ridge 28c compact commercial splitter on Monday, I plan on extensive reviews and info, I plan on a small scale fire wood business and have recently bucked up some huge knotty black walnut and hickory, some rounds over 36 inches!! Very excited, stay tuned....

I think that’s the same brand splitter Mike from Outdoors with the Morgan’s uses on his you tube channel. Looks like a great machine.

I hear lots of folks having problems with tapatalk. Most have done away with it because of it. You might check with Grizzly Adam to see if he has any ideas as he is great with these things. A whale of a nice guy too.

We have the latest version of the Tapatalk plug in, I don't know why its not working. I've spent a ton of time trying to make it work again, but it doesn't.

Okay, I have gotten to the bottom of this-- but no, I can't fix it.

A while back we moved to a secure server because browsers were warning user to not used our site because it wasn't 8000% safe. We allow images off of other sites, and those too were triggering the same security warnings. I implemented the official xenforo (fhc is xenforo based) image proxy feature to make is so we are not allowing other sites code to load on our site whatsoever. Tapatalk doesn't like this, and even though they claim to have fixed this in plugin version 3.1.17, we are using 3.1.24 and it is not fixed.

Congratulations on the new splitter. I almost bought the compact model with box wedge extra. Just couldn't get the financial advisor (hunny) to sign off on the 8K loan...lol...they look like great machines. Armbru84 brought his wolf ridge splitter to Backwoods Savage GTG last weekend. Be careful with those really big rounds. Might not pick them up.

We had some white oak rounds about 36-38", had to noodle them in half to pick up. That is some heavy rounds. Just be careful, especially when first splitting them in to.
