I'm sure I'll be burning some hickory in something...
Nothing fancy - baked stuffed zucchini. Browned Italian sausage, onions, black beans, tomato sauce, provolone cheese on top.
The zucchini was given to me, and we need to give a newly repaired oven some work.
That'll be tomorrow.
Maybe some fried seafood Sunday or Monday

im thawing out some stuff so that i have choices...not sure which day ill cook what,but it should be good
The fried seafood morphed into clam chowder, clam cakes/fritters, onion rings, and corn on the cob. I think Sam Adam's will be in the mix.
Got the rack thingy for Father’s Day. It will take some getting used to. Better than a tie as I don’t wear one ever.
When the bacon cooks it shrinks and squeezes the filling out. I’ll have to try something different next time.
Cook the bacon about halfway, then wrap on your jalapeños

I only fired the smoker up once this weekend. Chicken thighs on Friday. Just too dang busy the rest of the time
