I'm a little embarrassed to say this but i paid wayyy to much for a steak at a restaurant tonight. :emb: My sister in law offered to watch the kids so Mrs piney and I could go out for our anniversary (next week). We decided to hit a really good steak place knowing full well that prices are crazy right now. I got a 25oz porterhouse that was a whopping $65 :faint:. I'm glad I did though because it was fantastic! We don't eat out very often so i figured it's ok to splurge a little. No pics sorry, it didn't last long haha.

Is that a larger option specifically for the bronco, or re-purposed from another piece of equipment? Looks like specific since mimics the smaller original basket...

Put two pork butts on at 11:30 this morning. Just about hitting the stall. Boy, did I time this one wrong.

Yeah, I did the same the other week. Had to pan with apple juice, cover with foil and crank heat. That really helped to get it done in time. Wasn't my best, but....

I Apple juiced them both on the smoker and when I wrapped therm. 8 hours on the Pit Barrel Cooker. The smoker used to take me about 11 or so.

This one came off first. Everyone was hungry so we didn't let it rest long. Was a little hard to break up, but it really softened up in the sandwich. The other one stayed till 211 degrees and I’m letting it rest a couple hours at least.
