    Meat Loaf Recipe...

    2lbs of Hamburger
    1 egg
1 8oz tomato Sauce (use 1/2 now and the other 1/2 later)
    Medium Onion (diced up)
a Little Ketchup (I did about 1/4 cup)
1.5 cups of Corn Flakes (then partially crush them) (use enough to firm up the hamburger)
Mix Together in mixing bowl ( I do by hand)

In a pan divide meat loaf in halves
Bottom - work it like a big hamburger patty. Flatten out enough that you can kinda of make a slight
depression in the center of it...
Load it up with enough shredded cheese of your liking
Then put the rest of the hamburger on top (I did it in 1/3 strips... Then tie them and the bottom together
by kinda of working them together, delicate step so that the cheese stays in side)
Then Put the other half of the Tomato sauce on top
Squeeze a little tomato sauce on top
Fill bottom of pan with 1/2 cup of water

I cooked mine on 225F for 5 hours to 160F internal temp...

    (basod )

Just got into the smoking game! Can’t believe I waited this long. Did some legs and thighs on my Green mountain grill today. Turned out great!

Found some thicker Angus ribeyes at Walmart Saturday. Gave them a try. First time I've cooked steak on the pellet grill/smoker. Used mesquite pellets. I cooked them a little to long, but they were still tender. 1010201900.jpg 1010201928.jpg
