    Hello
It does not feed on high and the cleaning cycle does not seem to work?
In Low and medium it works but sounds like a variable speed noise?
    See vid
Click here to see Thelin Gnome noise video

    So what is wrong?

Today we pulled the auger feed assembly and before we put the new assembly in we changed the T1 and T2 sensors and installed the upgraded set screw in the auger motor collar for a stronger connection for better pellet feeding.

Sounds better but still a little whirring noise. Any thing else can be done? Still not working on High?

Pic 1 - Skanky old Auger feed assembly has some rust
    Pic 2 - New T1 & T2 sensors

Since the whole auger motor assembly with new brushes was replaced, I conferred with Thelin (I.E. Sierra Products now) and the plan is to replace the old rotary knob Potentiometer Circuit Board. (10 pin board not the slightly newer 8 pin board). That part was on back order at Thelin until the first of this week. Therefore I just got it in the mail today. :)

New Pot on Circuit Board fixed it!
    See video.

The Temp is 20 Degrees Outside and the Thelin Gnome is keeping the 12' x 22' insulated workshop 75 Degrees running on the medium heat setting!!

I replace the board with the pot and showed a pic,
It is the heat selector pot. See both pics

Always good when you return the stove to a useful life! Nice looking unit.

    Yes I agree.
It is an older unit but sometimes they have a lot more life in them?
This pellet stove has all 12 VDC motors and red and black banana jacks to plug in a deep cycle marine battery.
You can also hook a solar panel array and live off the grid with heat!!!
    See Solar Panel Fact sheet.
