The leaves are very large, I'd say 7-8" across

Here is a little one. They are all over the place on one area of my property.

 

Is it Paulownia/Foxglove?

 

I think it’s Stripe Maple. Are the thinner stalks/branches greenish?

 

Yes greenish Black

 

Definitely striped maple.

 

It’s a maple leaf, but nothing I’ve seen before.

 

I saw similar last year and didnt know myself. I thought some type of maple by leaf shape and seed pods. This was in the NW hills of the state. Cant say ive seen it in Southern CT.

 

Just head west, plenty of it over here!
