To much free time.

    Well since selling the house and downsizing, stopping working and no pellet burning either, I have a lot of free time. I have been doing a fair amount of pro-bono remodeling/repair work for friends, relatives and some strangers. Today I did not have anything planned so I took some 4x4 poplar I had and made these on the lathe, about as basic turning as you can get. I remember why I enjoyed wood turning and also why I dislike it, a half barrel full of shavings to make these.
