What word search did you use to find that info? I have tried but am unable to find it.

Sounds like a lot of those broken belts are because of picking up rocks.

Google search Earthquake Victory Tiller, then press reviews.

Yooper Dave.. Too bad you don't live closer to me, I have a Troy Bilt rear tine in the barn I hardly ever use and I'd give it to you. Runs fine, repowered it with a Predator motor about 5 years ago. The seals on the gearbox gave out so I filled the gearbox with cornhead grease so no more leaks. Nice smaller rear tine tiller.

I have a Cub Cadet rear tine with the forward and reverse tine direction and powered wheels I use and have used for about 5 years now with no issues at all. I did buy the Artisam hiller furrower attachment to cut the rows for my potato plants. It's a very good tiller but it's about twice the price of the one you are looking at.

My Kubota dealer sells Cub Cadet as well and working there part time I get to see what comes in to be repaired and the only Cub Cadet stuff that comes in is when people really abuse them

My Kubota's are way too large to run a pto tiller.

The Cub Cadet rear tine tillers seem to get a lot of bad reviews but then I believe people don't understand that for one, the gearbox isn't synchromesh so shifting speeds or putting them in reverse entails jogging the gears to align and people use them and put them in the garage all winter and then in the spring they won't start because the gas went bad over the winter. They come with a Honda motor and as long as you either drain the fuel when you put it away or add Marine Stabil, they are all good in the spring.

My dealer spends a lot of shop time in the spring rebuilding gunked up carbs mostly when all the owner had to do was add Marine Stabil or drain the fuel and run the machine dry. Mine has the original drive belt on it and my garden is just over 3/4 acre.

The Husky rear tine is the same as the Cub with a different name and paint.

If you want to drive down, you can have it. I'm just south of Cabelas in Dundee, just off US23.

No more then I use it, I picked up a used Craftsman for $40.00 Carb rebuild and 1 tire and good to go. Myself and a neighbor have used it and seems to work okay. Good luck with your search.

Very generous offer, thank you very much! I sure do wish that I was closer to you too!

I will use the cub cadet info and look into those.

Also, Eggshooterist thank you too for that info.

As good as the deal sounds, I'll let it go to some other home. :handshake:
