Sunday Smoked Ribs

    Did up some ribs yesterday messing around and they came out sensational but then again I love fall off the bone ribs , not competition cause I taint in no completion.
    Smoked them heavy for an hour 180*
    Smoked them light for 3 hours at 225*
    Wrapped in foil with the leftover spritzer 2 hours 225*
    Wrapped them in butcher paper for an hour 225*
    15 minutes after heavy glaze

    Spritzer 2 shots of apple juice 1 shot of Jefferson Bourbon and 1 TBLS of light amber pure Maple Syrup mix up vigorous and into the spritzer bottle.

    Rub: Holy Vodoo from Meat Church
    Glaze : Doug's Best Batch BBQ Slather
