Smoked them heavy for an hour 180* Smoked them light for 3 hours at 225* Wrapped in foil with the leftover spritzer 2 hours 225* Wrapped them in butcher paper for an hour 225* 15 minutes after heavy glaze Spritzer 2 shots of apple juice 1 shot of Jefferson Bourbon and 1 TBLS of light amber pure Maple Syrup mix up vigorous and into the spritzer bottle.
