What a gorgeous day to work on the yard. Kamo and Tito ate playing in the river. I took this Ash down yesterday. Hard lean over the river, Cranked it over to dry land with the rope-along.
Today and tomorrow. Split wood this morning. Will again tomorrow. Enjoy it, Sunday is a washout, into Monday.
I just called his name, he was in the middle of stealing a piece of wood. Hes like huh im not doing anything lol
Sure makes it worth driving 30 miles to the closest McD or walmart, even the sucky internet service too. I just imagine folks in apartments or subdivisions gotta be going nuts. Here's my little firewood buddy.
And theres another reason why I like the Black Hills! In the late 90's took motorcycle ride out there and buddy points out to me..... "Look in that stream. You can see trout laying in it" Sure enough! Over the decades, it seems that the town we stayed in most frequent has been Keystone.
Customer/friend Joe dropped off his trailer. The amount of wood he wants ill be filling this thing about 14 times. He lives 1000 ft down the road
I like it, my biggest complaint is the shifter. Its tough in and out of gear. My dad just got a polaris 5 something and it shifts like butter. I love it otherwise
Sorry guys no pics but i filled the dump trailer and its back in my yard for another round. Been getting loads of Ash and taking trees down on my land. Getting garden beds ready too. Ill take some pics this weekend. Heres one of the waterfall with all this rain,. I just carried up some rounds that were buried in snow for a while. Took Tito for a little hike too.
