This is the sump pump set up in the basement of the house I bought. The flex line for the exhaust is scary my helper stacking drywall My helper after 4 hours, laying in same spot as drywall was stacked wife wanted wall moved over 2 feet, had to redo the hardwood flooring, I am glad my Dad taught me how to do this.
A house I bought had log siding on it, returned it to its former glory, gut to stud, sold in 3 day above list price. Another I own, replaced garage doors, person had a heart attack and drove thru them and out the side of the garage. Literally missed the steel support beam by 6 inches, would of collapsed the whole roof system. Hope to sell this one shortly.
