    Still can haul a lot with just the pickup. But get all you can and if a trailer will save you many trips, it is well worth it.

    My guess is Cottonwood and Elm. Second and third truck loads

    I see you like to cut trees like I do, using other limbs to prop the logs up to keep your chain out of the dirt.:yes:
    Some of that does look a lot like white elm, you'll know for sure when you go to split it.

    Load four, we received 2.47 inches of rain this month and here's a pic of a local playa lake that until Saturday you could see bare dirt from end to end.

    I guess it's time to clean out the single axle trailer and build a loading ramp. I'm going to see if a splitter is available Monday.:D

    Load five I split at the brush lot and then off to the shop to start into the rest.

    What brand is your splitter? Looks like it could be an Iron & Oak by the color & motor combination. Rented them before, great units.
