Smoked nuts

    Wondering if anyone has smoked nuts. Can a person just get a big can of mixed salted nuts, spread on a pan and smoke a while or is there voodoo you need to do to them??

    I will get a little egg white and coat almonds or pecans very lightly. This lets the spice and seasoning stick to them. I then give them some smoke.
